3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping fees.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
